Why do I need a neoprene spray skirt?
A neoprene spray skirt for the kayak is comfortable and practical. You put the skirt on before getting into the kayak, pull it up to your waist, then sit down in the kayak and secure the skirt around the cockpit rim. In addition to keeping water out, it helps retain warmth inside the kayak. It also reduces wind resistance when paddling into a headwind, as the cockpit no longer catches the wind.

Durable Neoprene
This spray skirt is made of neoprene with a durable design. The same material commonly used in wetsuits ensures the skirt sits comfortably. At the front there is a large loop used to pull the skirt off (e.g. in the event of a capsize).

The neoprene spray skirt works equally well during the warm summer months and the cooler winter season. The skirt's taut design means water pools do not collect in your lap but instead drain off immediately. The flexible material means it fits most cockpit rims and kayak models.
