Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase products from Northkayak through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm the return and provide you with the return address.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

The product must not show signs of use, damage, or wear (including damage caused by activities such as test paddling).

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives in good condition. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if:

The 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

The product has been used or damaged.

The returned product is lost during transport due to insufficient packaging or incorrect shipping.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must:

Be sent as a standard parcel

Not be sent as cash-on-delivery (COD)
-
Not be sent to a collection point
The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Deductions for Depreciation
If the returned product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, NorthKayak reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product’s diminished value from the refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund.
The refund will include the amount paid for the product (excluding return shipping costs) and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned product.
