Reliable in all conditions
With the Fjord, your paddling trip will be enjoyable even in windy and choppy conditions. The kayak's widest point is at the centre of the cockpit, making it stable and easy to control. The raised deck in front of the cockpit makes the kayak easy to paddle in waves, as larger waves roll off easily thanks to the deck's V-shape. This relatively long kayak has excellent tracking stability. A versatile kayak ready for all conditions!
Large and spacious
Sitting comfortably in your kayak matters. The Fjord has a large cockpit with plenty of legroom. Despite being a more stable kayak, the Fjord is also easy to paddle, thanks to its well-balanced design. The kayak is well suited for archipelago paddling, where you want a kayak that combines stability and ease of paddling in equal measure.
High-quality plastic material
A kayak is something you typically own for many years. Since the kayak may occasionally be used by others, it is important that it is tough and impact-resistant. The Fjord is made from high-quality 3-layer polyethylene plastic, providing a robust construction that can handle all the stresses and impacts a kayak is subjected to.
Storage space
If you plan on taking longer paddling trips, there is room for gear in the two storage hatches. A water bottle and accessories such as a kayak pump are best secured on the deck, where the elastic bungee cords keep everything in place.
The two large carrying handles at the bow and stern make the kayak easy to carry. A cord on the right side lets you raise or lower the rudder depending on conditions or paddling style. The rudder is controlled via the footrests, which can be quickly adjusted to the correct position.
